Our Practice

Our surgery was opened January 2016, by Dr Paramjit Singh and Dr Rajvinder Kaur (Female).

Nerang Fair Family Practice is a family orientated practice.  Fully Accredited we endeavor  to provide commitment to continual quality care to patients at this practice.

The Practice is staffed by dedicated and experienced doctors, and staff. We will provide a professional, effective and caring service to  patients at all times. Our practice provides an atmosphere where the patient feels comfortable.

Patients will have the knowledge  that all confidential  information and correspondence pertaining to them will remain confidential.

My Medicare is a voluntary patient registration model that aims to formalise the relationship between patients and their general practice and general practitioners (GP) and primary care teams. Seeing you GP regularly and formalising the relationship you have with you GP and practice through Mymedicare can lead to better health outcomes.

My Medicare is  a registration system and wont hold any of you clinical health information. Your clinical health information will continue to be stored in your My Health Record, if you have one.

My Health Record  has been rolled out by the Australian Government. If you wish to know more you can contact myhealthrecord.gov.Au.

We have Cameron from  Hearing Aid Specialists seeing patients once a month. Hearing Tests and Digital hearing Aids for eligible pensioners and DVA card holders.

Our location is in the Nerang Fair Shopping Center, Next to the Reject shop, there is an Chempro Chemist on site. They will provide you with a professional friendly service for all your health needs.
